We have advised Mestron Holdings Berhad, a public company listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia, on its minority acquisition of 10% equity interest in Winstar Aluminium Manufacturing Sdn Bhd for a total cash consideration of RM6 million, with an option to purchase further20% of the total issued share capital of Winstar Aluminium Manufacturing Sdn Bhd for total cash consideration of RM12 million.

This synergistic acquisition aims to increase the group’s range of value-added services to its existing and prospective customers as well as being a direct source for its required aluminium parts for its solar panel business.
