Our Corporate Real Estate team recently advised OSK Properties Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of OSK Property Holdings Berhad, on its acquisition of approximately 98.33 acres of freehold land in Bandar Sungai Petani, Kedah for approximately RM40.69 million.

The acquisition is intended for a proposed township development with an estimated gross development value of approximately RM489 million.

The transaction was led by our Partner, Noelle Low Pui Voon, together with the support of our team in handling the legal and transactional aspects of the acquisition.
