Mandi is a Senior Associate based in our Kuala Lumpur branch. Her legal practice mainly consists of advising and representing property developers in a full range of transactions pertaining to real estate and project development.

Mandi advises developers from the very initial stages of their new project developments. She is frequently sought to peruse and provide advice on master plans, architect’s drawings, and specification. She also facilitates a project development by completing relevant documentation relating to property sale and purchase, loan transactions and advising on related legal framework to a development.

Mandi also regularly advises developers, joint management bodies and management corporations on matters relating to strata laws and management. Besides property developers, she has vast experience of also representing individual clients in drafting and concluding their respective sale and purchase of property transactions.

In the area of banking and finance, Mandi regularly advises financial institutions in property financing including all matters relating to the drawdown and perfection of loan documentation for both conventional and Islamic financing facilities.
