Chau Yen Shen is a Principal Associate in the Kuala Lumpur office.  His core practice is in employment law, land acquisition and commercial litigation. He has advised public-listed companies, multinational corporations, educational institutions, and private organisations on legal issues arising from both contentious disputes and strategic advisory work.

In employment law, his practice covers unjust dismissal claims, employee disciplinary and misconduct issues, retrenchment, senior management exits, fixed-term contract disputes, and employment compliance. He regularly appears before the Industrial Court and Labour Court.   He has also conducted judicial review and appellate hearings before the civil courts.
