Sin Yun is an Associate with expertise in civil and commercial litigation and real estate matters. She regularly appears before courts at various levels, handling a wide range of matters including contractual disputes, recovery of unpaid debts, tenancy and property disputes, as well as family law, wills, probate, and administration matters. Beyond litigation, she has had experience in advising and representing clients in conveyancing transactions.  Sin Yun combines courtroom experience with transactional insight to provide practical, commercially grounded solutions for her clients.  She is currently pursuing her Masters in Law at University Malaya.

  • Advised and represented clients in moneylending-related disputes and enforcement matters.
  • Acted in divorce, nullity and resealing of divorce proceedings in the High Court and Court of Appeal, as well as wills, probate, letters of administration and small estate matters.
  • Handled contractual and investment disputes, including a matter involving the lifting and/or piercing of the corporate veil.
  • Represented developers and purchasers in sale and loan transactions for residential properties in developer projects.
  • Handled various interlocutory applications in the High Court, including striking out applications, stay applications, amendment applications, discovery proceedings, committal proceedings and interim injunction applications.
