Requirements:
- Degree in Law with a valid Malaysian Bar Practising Certificate.
- Minimum seven (7) years PQE as a practicing lawyer in real estate.
- Solid experience in handling complex real estate transactions such as commercial, residential, strata management, land acquisitions, tenancy/lease agreements, joint ventures, and regulatory compliance.
- Possess initiative, drive and strong commercial acumen with competency and multi-tasking capability to develop, mentor, and lead a team, complemented by a proven track record in business origination, including billing, revenue generation, and repeat clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on matters pertaining to Real Estate and Conveyancing.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and providing tailored legal solutions.
- Drive marketing, networking, and business development initiatives to expand the Firm’s client base.
- Lead team or offices and certain operations functions of the Firm and focus on people development.
- Broaden the firm’s client base by acquiring new clientele and enhance value by offering additional legal services to existing clients.
Requirements:
- Degree in Law with a valid Malaysian Bar Practising Certificate.
- Minimum seven (7) years PQE as a practicing lawyer in Intellectual Property (IP), data security, and technology transactions.
- Excellent in drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail.
- Proven experience in M&A, commercial contracts, corporate advisory, and IP-related contracts including strategic advisory work.
- Well-versed in regulatory frameworks covering Personal Data Protection, Fintech, Intellectual Property (IP), and Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT).
- Possess initiative, drive and strong commercial acumen with a business-oriented mindset with the ability to provide practical legal solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of IP and technology related agreements, and corporate commercial contracts.
- Advise on intellectual property protection, licensing, assignment, enforcement strategies and portfolio management.
- Provide strategic input on corporate and IP transactions, including due diligence, structuring, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver practical, tailored legal solutions.
- Lead and support the team on corporate advisory and technology-related matters, ensuring efficient and effective execution in line with laws, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Degree in Law with a valid Malaysian Bar Practising Certificate.
- Minimum seven (7) years PQE as a practicing lawyer in corporate banking practice preferably gained from reputable/leading law firms.
- Proficient in English and enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment and is results-driven.

Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on banking and finance transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating loan agreements, security documents, and related finance documentation.
- Manage complex banking and finance transactions from inception to completion, ensuring legal compliance and timely execution.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and providing tailored legal solutions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including banking regulations and corporate governance standards.
- Contribute to the growth of the practice by actively seeking out new business opportunities and building the firm’s reputation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Law with a valid Malaysian Bar Practising Certificate and a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate/transactional law.
- Well-versed in handling M&A, commercial contracts, and corporate advisory matters.
- Familiarity with Personal Data Protection, Fintech, Intellectual Property (IP), and Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) is an added advantage.
- Proven records in managing files and clients independently, with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Requires to lead and oversee legal matters end-to-end, demonstrating both technical proficiency and sound client management skills.
- Lead and manage transactional legal work, including drafting and reviewing complex contracts and agreements.
- To provide practical and commercially sound legal advice across various matters, and to prepare policies and framework for governance purposes.
- Able to work independently and manage files with minimal supervision
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years PQE in Corporate Banking from a reputable law firm, with real estate (non-project) experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with subsales, banking and finance documentation and security structures. Exposure to commercial agreements is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of the National Land Code 2020 and Companies Act 2026.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Confident communicator with good client relationship management and business development.
- Detail-oriented, commercially aware, and able to manage multiple transactions concurrently.
- Prior experience mentoring junior team members is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Take a hands-on role in corporate banking and real estate transactions, supporting partners in transaction execution and ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Draft, review, and negotiate banking documentation, security agreements, sale and purchase agreements and commercial agreements as assigned by partners.
- Draft legal opinions.
- Supervise junior team members and coordinate multiple matters concurrently.
- Act as a direct support role to partners, involving strategic discussions and firm‘s business development related matters.
- Be prompt in responding to client inquiries and proactive in providing updates on case progress.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ PQE in employment and/or industrial relations law
- Experience in contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Able to act in matters independently and supervise juniors
- Strong drafting, advocacy, and client communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Advisory & Compliance:Providing preventative legal counsel to employers on workplace policies, handbooks, and procedures to ensure alignment with current federal, state, or local laws.
- Drafting and reviewing critical documents, including employment contracts, employment handbooks, settlement agreements, independent contractor contracts and workplace policies.
- Advising clients in the management of workplace disputes
- Providing practical and solutions driven advice to multinational and local clients on employment and industrial relations matters
- Representing clients in civil courts, industrial court and tribunal proceedings
- Managing and conducting investigations, including employee misconduct, fraud, and harassment cases
- Supporting and leading business development initiatives, including client pitches, thought leadership, and activities to build business and for profiling
- Providing transactional support in business sales, restructuring
- Advising clients on collective bargaining and trade union matters
- Guiding HR professionals and business owners through sensitive personnel issues like performance management, disciplinary procedures, and retrenchment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in dispute resolution.
- Experience in handling civil and commercial litigation, including drafting pleadings, submissions, and affidavits
- Exposure to court proceedings, case management, and client handling
- Strong legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a proactive, responsible work attitude
Responsibilities:
- Handling litigation and dispute resolution matters from inception to disposal
- Drafting cause papers, submissions, and related court documents
- Attending court proceedings, hearings, and case management
- Assisting partners and senior lawyers on complex disputes and advisory work
- Liaising with clients, opposing counsel, and relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in real estate and conveyancing matters
- Experience in handling developer projects, sub-sale transactions, loan transactions, and related conveyancing work
- Able to manage files independently with appropriate supervision
- Strong drafting, documentation, and file management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

- Handling conveyancing matters from inception to completion
- Drafting and reviewing sale and purchase agreements, loan documentation, and related instruments
- Liaising with clients, bankers, developers, agents, and relevant authorities
- Attending to signing, stamping, registration, and completion processes
