Requirements:
- This is a hands-on role. The Senior Manager will manage external vendors and service providers, the role also retains direct technical ownership and is expected to personally troubleshoot and resolve complex software, systems, and infrastructure issues, particularly within the Microsoft 365 environment
- Minimum 10 years’ IT experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong practical expertise in Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and endpoint management
- Demonstrated ability to personally troubleshoot and resolve complex, real-world IT issues.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity risks relevant to law firms and professional services organisations.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure and modern IT environments.
- Scripting or development capability (e.g. PowerShell, Python, JavaScript) for automation and problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a hands-on IT Senior Manager to take full ownership of the firm’s IT systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity posture, and technology roadmap.
- This role combines deep technical execution with strategic oversight and vendor management. This is not a pure management or project coordination role.
- The successful candidate is expected to personally troubleshoot and resolve complex software, systems, and infrastructure issues, while also designing and continuously improving the firm’s overall IT environment.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in this position.
- Preferably Senior Manager or Manager specializing in Finance- General /Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Technically strong in accounting standards and system and internal control.
- A team player with high level of integrity, meticulous and proven analytical problem-solving skills.
- Mature, self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess good supervisory, planning, organizing and leadership skills.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and excellent in analytical and financial data sourcing skills.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing matters relating to the finance and account of the Firm and advise the Firm proactively on financial strategy, policy and procedure to facilitate healthy cash flow and financial management.
- Being accountable to Equity Partners of the Firm the investment and management of capital account of the partners.
- Assisting Managing Partner in financial planning and results management. Work with other team members to understand revenue and cost drivers and define appropriate reports for tracking.
- Supervising full set of accounts, directing all aspects of accounting operations, overseeing all transactions related to the general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll and financial reporting.
- Developing and maintaining all necessary accounting policies, ensuring that the accounting transactions are accurately recorded in the system and the detailed accounts are properly maintained in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Submitting management reports and statutory reporting on a timely basis, including the quarterly/half yearly/yearly financial results.
- Liaising and working with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries and authorities on the Firm’s income tax computations, returns and compliance.
- Identifying risk areas of internal controls that need to improve and monitor cash transactions to ensure that bank account balances to the report and any unusual items are investigated.
- Handling fund and cash management that involve cash flow position, working capital management, managing dormant cash flow to maximise return, sourcing best term of financing and other treasury activities.
- Undertaking any other ad-hoc projects/duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate banking.
- Strong working knowledge of subsale, loan/financing documentation, and security documents.
- Familiar with land office procedures, stamp office processes, and banking documentation.
- Detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to manage multiple transactions under tight timelines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with team members, clients, banks, and developers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to guide junior executives and ensuring quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and review banking documentation and agreements related to financing, including sale and purchase agreements where relevant
- Manage documentation and processes related to banking, land office, and stamp office requirements from taking instruction until completion of the transaction
- Communicate effectively with lawyers, clients, banks, developers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth transaction flow
- Monitor timelines and ensure transactions are completed accurately and efficiently
- Provide guidance and supervision to junior clerks and ensure quality standards are maintained
- Support the team in transactions involving multiple agreements and financing structures, ensuring all documentation aligns with client instructions and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in subsale conveyancing or banking documentation
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn
- Strong coordination and administrative skills
Responsibilities:
- Handle conveyancing and banking documents under guidance
- Assist with searches, statutory forms, lodgements, invoicing, office administrative works
- Liaise with land offices, banks, and relevant authorities
- Support the team in day-to-day transaction management
Requirements:
- Junior Executive:1–2 years of working experience in a related field, preferably with experience in a real estate law firm.
- Senior Executive: Min 4 years of working experience in a related field, preferably with experience in a real estate law firm.
- Proficient in using computer systems and handling bank portals.
- Good command of Bahasa Melayu and English (written and spoken).
- Possesses a positive attitude and the ability to work independently with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and complete sale and purchase transactions, including bulk purchases and sub-sales, with minimal supervision. This includes preparation of signing documents, correspondence, follow-ups and updates, stamping, CKHT form filings, presentation at the land office, title extraction, and safekeeping of documents up to file closure.
- Handle and complete loan transactions, particularly project loans, sub-sale loans, refinancing matters, and discharge of charge, with minimal supervision. This includes requesting documents from relevant parties, preparation of signing documents, correspondence, follow-ups and updates, stamping, land office presentation, advising on loan drawdown, title extraction, and safekeeping of documents up to file closure.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure timely and accurate reporting to lawyers in charge and Partners.
- Liaise with banks, developers, land offices, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth completion of transactions.
- Demonstrate familiarity with land office systems and bank portals, and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior exposure to conveyancing work is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Willingness to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
