Manager - IT
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering or equivalent in relevant IT field
- Prefer 8-10 years of working experience with at least 2-3 years in a managerial post.
- An analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills and with a high level of accountability and responsibility.
- Loves working in cross-functional teams and multi-tasking roles.
- Knowledge or exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications, tools, or strategies will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of IT strategies and roadmap to support the growth of the group. Oversee project deliverables & project implementation.
- Possess in-depth technical expertise in IT systems, programming, and software development to personally troubleshoot complex IT issues, provide hands-on solutions, and guide the team with practical technical knowledge.
- Managing IT budgets, forecast, handling cash flow and enforcing cost-effectiveness.
- Evaluating risk, developing network recovery and backup processes.
- Formulate policies and procedures to safeguard information resources.
- Testing, troubleshooting and adjusting information systems to operate effectively.
- Implementing security of the network, data and its storage and communication systems.
- Familiarity with e-invoicing systems and processes will be considered an added advantage.
- Supervising daily operations of network and server infrastructure.
- Aligning IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements and goals.
- Develop and integrate AI strategies and solutions to enhance business processes, decision-making, and overall operational efficiency.
Senior Manager - Finance
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Prefer 8-10 years of working experience with at least 2-3 years in a managerial post.
- Preferably Senior Manager or Manager specializing in Finance- General /Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Technically strong in accounting standards and system and internal control.
- A team player with high level of integrity, meticulous and proven analytical problem-solving skills.
- Mature, self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess good supervisory, planning, organizing and leadership skills.
- Committed, dynamic, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and excellent in analytical and financial data sourcing skills.
- Familiarity with the operations of legal firms, or prior experience working in one, will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing matters relating to the finance and account of the Firm and advise the Firm proactively on financial strategy, policy and procedure to facilitate healthy cash flow and financial management.
- Being accountable to Equity Partners of the Firm the investment and management of capital account of the partners.
- Assisting CEO in financial planning and results management. Work with other team members to understand revenue and cost drivers and define appropriate reports for tracking.
- Supervising full set of accounts, directing all aspects of accounting operations, overseeing all transactions related to the general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll and financial reporting.
- Developing and maintaining all necessary accounting policies, ensuring that the accounting transactions are accurately recorded in the system and the detailed accounts are properly maintained in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Submitting management reports and statutory reporting on a timely basis, including the quarterly/half yearly/yearly financial results.
- Liaising and working with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries and authorities on the Firm’s income tax computations, returns and compliance.
- Identifying risk areas of internal controls that need to improve and monitor cash transactions to ensure that bank account balances to the report and any unusual items are investigated.
- Handling fund and cash management that involve cash flow position, working capital management, managing dormant cash flow to maximise return, sourcing best term of financing and other treasury activities.
Senior/Junior Executive - Real Estate (KL)
Requirements:
- At least 1-5 years of working experience in the related field esp. experience working in the legal, real estate, or banking sectors.
- Must have at least SPM qualification or higher.
- Proficient in using computer system and handling bank portals.
- Good command of Bahasa Melayu and English language. Proficient in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Possess a positive attitude and the ability to do work independently with a high degree of professionalism and integrity is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and complete sale and purchase transactions, including bulk purchase and subsale with minimal supervision. Handle and complete means from preparation of signing documents, prepare correspondence, follow up and provide updates, stamping, filing of CKHT forms, presentation at the land office, extraction of title from the land office, safekeeping of documents up to closing files.
- Handle and complete loan transactions, in particular ability to handle project loans, subsale loans, refinancing, discharge of charge with minimal supervision. Handle and complete means from requesting necessary documents from the respective parties, preparation of signing documents, prepare correspondence, follow up and provide updates, stamping, presentation at the land office, advise for drawdown of loan, extraction of title from the land office, safekeeping of documents up to closing files.
- Familiar with land offices and banks portals, and should have the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems with ease.
Senior Executive - Human Resources
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Good understanding of the Malaysia Employment Act.
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR role.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced working environment.
- Proficient with MS Office applications e.g., Excel, PowerPoint.
Responsibilities:
- Handle the full spectrum of payroll processing activities ensuring its timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with the regulations of local statutory bodies.
- Responsible for HR processes for the entire employee life cycle and all HR documentation including letter of appointment, transfer, confirmation, resignation, and others.
- Assist in onboarding for new hires including induction and assimilation into the organization.
- Maintain and update employee records and payroll database to guarantee data accuracy and security.
- Assist in the coordination of company events and engagement activities.
