Jackline is a Senior Associate based in our Kuala Lumpur branch. She maintains her legal practice in the areas of real estate and project development matters. She has represented various property developers in sale transactions for both residential and commercial properties.

She also regularly advises individual clients on sale and purchase transactions, perfection of transfer and charge, as well as the discharge of properties.

In the area of banking and finance, Jackline advises major financial institutions on all matters relating to the compliance and drawdown of conventional facilities, Islamic financing, commercial facilities, property financing and refinancing arrangements.
