Sherzanne is based in the firm’s Kuala Lumpur office, focusing on corporate, M&A, and capital markets matters, cross border investment transactions, and regulatory and corporate compliance. She advises clients on corporate transactions and exercises, inbound investments, and assists in legal risks and compliance reviews across a range of industries.

She brings with her a solid foundation in litigation and alternative dispute resolution, having acted in corporate and commercial disputes including breach of contract, directors and shareholders disputes, intellectual property theft, land disputes, and fraudulent trading. She was also involved in a broad range of civil matters.
