Janice holds an LL.B. (Hons) degree from the National University of Malaysia (UKM), whereas she was offered as a JPA scholar under the program of Penajaan Pelajar Terbaik Lepasan STPM.
She completed her pupillage at Messrs Ricky Tan & Co., wherein she gained initial experience and exposure in general litigation and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2019.
She then focuses on conveyancing and banking practices (both commercial and Islamic) for corporations and SMEs.
She not only has experience advising and preparing documentation for the sale & purchase of immovable properties but also has experience in completing dealing involving the transfer of lease, drafting of corporate agreements and dealing with the appropriate land authorities to undertake the conveyance of real estate property.
Besides being proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, she is well conversant in Mandarin and Hokkien.
