Advised one of the largest steel manufacturing companies in Malaysia on its acquisition of industrial land measuring approximately 250 acres from a state-linked corporation for an undisclosed amount and another acquisition of industrial land within Malaysia China Kuantan Industrial Park (MCKIP) measuring approximately 300 acres for an undisclosed amount.
Advised a subsidiary of a China-based tyre maker, on its acquisition of industrial lands located at the Malaysia China Kuantan Industrial Park (MCKIP), for an undisclosed amount, which is set to be the largest tyre production base in Malaysia.
Advised PTT Development Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PTT Synergy Group Berhad, an integrated construction and property developer listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia for its leasing of warehouse with third-party logistic player, Longterm Distribution Sdn Bhd. PTT will construct a built to lease single-storey warehouse equipped with automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS) technology on the freehold industrial lands spanning approximately 6.5 acres.
Advised Furniweb Holdings Limited, a public company listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (FHL) and FHL’s wholly-owned subsidiary, PRG Land Sdn Bhd, on their acquisition of 50 units of condominium located at the project development known as Picasso Residence, from PRG Holdings Berhad, a public company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia, for a total consideration of RM61,982,000, and the consideration shall be partly paid in cash and issuance of new ordinary shares of FHL to PRG Holdings Berhad. This acquisition is a related party transaction.
Advised PTT Synergy Group Berhad, an integrated construction and property developer listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia, on its strategic alliance with Oriental Material Handling (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (OMH) to venture into the automated warehousing and total intralogistics solution segment in Malaysia and Southeast Asia. OMH is wholly owned by OMH Science Group Co Ltd, the largest intelligent logistic equipment manufacturer, and total intralogistics solutions provider in China.
Advised PTT Development Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PTT Synergy Group Berhad, an integrated construction and property developer listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia on its property development agreement with a cooperative registered under the Co-operative Societies Act.
Advised Fajarbaru Dynamic Development Sdn Bhd, a joint venture company with hostel management company Care Dynamic Sdn Bhd (CDSB), in a CLQ project in Seremban. The project has an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM172.4 million.
Advised Pembinaan Tetap Teguh Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of PTT Synergy Group Berhad on its Subcontract Agreement with Prima Wahyu for the Proposed Construction and Completion of Jambatan Palekbang-Kota Bharu and Connecting Roads at Jajahan Tumpat and Jajahan Kota Bharu, Kelantan Darul Naim for ECERDC.
