Joong High started his legal practice in the mid-1980s, initially as a litigation lawyer. He then switched his practice to handling civil and commercial matters. His legal focus is on banking, commercial and property related matters. In the areas of Banking, he has been involved primarily on securitisation of documents for syndicated loans, project financing, bridging and end financing, corporate loans and other banking facilities. He also advises on all legal aspects of land matters encompassing sale and purchase agreements for individuals, corporations (domestic and multinational), offices or commercial complexes, development and joint venture agreements between developers and landowners, lease agreements for offices and commercial complexes.
