Vicky is an Associate based in our Kuala Lumpur branch. Her main areas of practice include real estate and project development, banking and finance and strata management. She has represented various property developers in sale transactions for both residential and commercial properties. She also advises individual clients on sale and purchaser transactions, sub-sale matters, perfection of transfer and charge as well as the discharge of properties. Aside from real estate matters, she also advises major financial institutions on all matters relating to compliance and drawdown of financing facilities.
