Simon is an Associate based in our Kuala Lumpur office, practicing primarily in Real Estate, Project Development, and Banking & Finance.

He is experienced in advising property developers in relation to sale and purchase transactions for both residential and commercial developments, including mixed-use and stratified projects. His work also extends to assisting individual purchasers in sub-sale matters, perfection of transfer and charge, and discharge of property from encumbrances.

Simon has acted for both developers and financial institutions, ensuring transactions are executed efficiently and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. His banking and finance work includes advising on property loan documentation, drawdown processes, refinancing, and related facility matters.
