Racheal is an Associate based in our Kuala Lumpur branch. Her main area of practice is Real Estate and Project Development. She completed her legal attachment at Messrs Adnan Sundra & Low, where she gained her first experience in legal profession and completed her pupillage in Messrs CY Ng & Barry, where she found her interest in Real Estate and Project Development.

Racheal has been involved in various Housing Developer sale and purchase transactions for both strata and individual title properties. She has experiences in advising and preparing documentation for both sale & purchase and loan agreements.
