Vieana is an associate based in our Kuala Lumpur office, where her main area of practice is real estate transactions.
Vieana has been involved in various Housing Developer sale and purchase transactions for both individual and strata title properties as well as residential and commercial properties. She advises individual clients on sub-sale matters, land matters and perfection of transfer. She also has experience in handling various areas of litigation ranging from probate, contract, construction disputes, bankruptcy, and insolvency matters.

Nicole is an Associate in HHQ’s Technology Practice Group, where she specialises in litigation, arbitration, and advisory work within the Telecommunications, Media, Technology (TMT) and Fintech sectors. She has experience handling complex and high-value legal matters, supporting high-profile cases, and providing strategic guidance to clients.
Nicole is an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and a Barrister-at-Law of England and Wales.
She completed her Bar Professional Training Course from the University of the West of England, Bristol, where she was an Inner Temple Scholar. She graduated with First Class Honours in Law from the same institution, where she was received the Lord Templeman Scholarship.
She has worked on various high-impact cases and advisory projects, including advising a leading electronic payment provider on regulatory compliance and contractual issues, assisting fintech companies in obtaining licences from regulators, and defending a multinational corporation in a major cartel price-fixing case. Her work demonstrates her ability to handle complex legal challenges and deliver effective solutions for clients.
