Vieana has been involved in various Housing Developer sale and purchase transactions for both individual and strata title properties as well as residential and commercial properties. Profile

Ting Mei is an associate based in our Kuala Lumpur office. Her practice encompasses real estate and project development, as well as banking and finance. She has advised property developers on notable transactions, including the acquisition of a golf course for a mixed-use development.

She works closely with individual purchasers on sale and purchase agreements, sub-sale transactions, perfection of transfer and charge, and property discharges. Her experience also includes representing property developers in transactions for both residential and commercial properties.

In the banking and finance sector, she advises major financial institutions on compliance matters and the drawdown of financing facilities, covering conventional financing, commercial facilities, property financing, and refinancing arrangements.
