Hestia is an Associate based in our Kuala Lumpur office, practicing primarily in Real Estate, Project Development, and Banking & Finance.

She focuses on advising property developers on sale and purchase transactions across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. In addition to project-based developments, she handles sub-sale transactions as well as perfection of transfer and charge for individual purchasers.

Her practice also extends to banking and finance matters, allowing her to provide clients with comprehensive and well-rounded legal advice across both property and financing aspects.
