Darren is an associate based in our Penang office. With a foundation in litigation, he brings a unique perspective to his practice in real estate. This background enables him to approach transactions with meticulous attention to detail, anticipate potential risks, and craft practical solutions.
Darren’s real estate practice spans a wide range of matters, including the acquisition and disposal of residential properties and commercial properties, development projects, and financing arrangements. While his primary focus has been on residential transactions, he has recently gained exposure to commercial agreements, assisting in the drafting and reviewing of an agreement for the acquisition of industrial land at the Penang Technology Park @ Bertam.
