  • Represented a renowned housing developer for the setting aside of an arbitration award in the Court of Appeal and Federal Court.
  • Represented a housing developer against claims from purchasers for additional liquidated damages in relation to the Housing Development Act 1966.
  • Represented the co-proprietors of a property in Pudu for the termination of co-proprietorship in the Court of Appeal and Federal Court.
  • Represented a Malaysian based company in an arbitration claim (Singapore-seated arbitration) against one of Singapore’s largest construction companies arising from the delay in the completion of a residential development in Singapore.
