Hui Wen is an associate based in our Kuala Lumpur office. Her main areas of practice include Real Estate and Project Development and Strata Management.

Hui Wen has been involved in various Housing Developer sale and purchase transactions for both individual and strata title properties as well as residential and commercial properties. She also advises individual clients on sub-sale matters, land matters and perfection of transfer. Apart from that, she advises various financial institutions in property finance relating to drawdown of financing facilities.
