Rachel is an Associate based in our Penang office, practising primarily in Real Estate, Project Development, and Banking & Finance. 

She advises property developers on sale and purchase transactions involving residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, as well as matters relating to the perfection of transfer and charge for individual and corporate purchasers. 

Her practice also includes wills, estates, and probate matters, including applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration.
