Sue Ann is one of our Associate from the Real Estate and Banking Department based in our Kuala Lumpur branch. She represents a variety of property developers and individual purchasers in various transactions by providing legal advice and guidance to facilitate their property purchase transactions.

Sue Ann also advises wide range of financial institutions on the compliance and drawdown of financial facilities in both conventional and Islamic financing facilities.

Apart from project development, Sue Ann also actively involved in providing legal advice in relation to strata management matters to the property developers and management bodies.
