Zi Han is an Associate based in our Kuala Lumpur office. Her main areas of practice include Real Estate and Project Development, Banking and Finance and Strata Management.

She has been involved in various Strata Management matter by providing legal opinions to Housing Developers on strata housing development issues. She had also been involved in various Housing Developer sale and purchase transactions for both strata and individual title property. For sub-sale matter, she has been involved in the sale and purchase of property including hotel and residential property either acting for Vendor or Purchaser.

Aside from real estate matters, she also had experience in corporate due diligence exercise and the drafting of corporate agreements.
