Ms Kuek is an experienced and dedicated lawyer who focuses her legal practice in various conveyancing matters, banking and finance, and various type of commercial agreements.

Throughout her years of practice, she has gained extensive experienced in property transaction in representing local individual and company and foreigner, involving selling or buying of residential, commercial building agricultural or commercial land. In the property transaction area, she has also
involved in drafting tenancy and lease for commercial and residential property.

She has been assisting clients in the transfer of property in succession pursuant to a grant of probate or letter of administration.

She had handled Developer-client in assisting them drafting joint-venture agreement,and preparing Sale and Purchase Agreement for Developer in their housing development projects.

She has been advising and representing Banks on legal documentation in banking transaction including refinancing, financing purchase of property granted to individual or companies.

She is a well-versed lawyer in advising banks in various process of restructuring of borrower’s banking facilities, handling and drafting legal documentations for all type of banking facilities granted to companies for purpose of working capital, involving in advising bank regarding legal documentation in regards with bridging financing and contrat financing. She has experienced in coordinating with Bank’s legal department in loan documentation involving foreign corporate guarantor. Her experience in banking and finance covers conventional banking and Islamic banking financing.

Ms Kuek has also gained vast experience in drafting various commercial contracts such as Shareholder and Partnership agreement, Sale of Business Agreement, Agency Agreement, Consultancy Agreement, Employment Contract and other various commercial agreements especially involving SMEs.
