Bi Yan is an associate based in our Penang office. Her primary areas of practice are real estate as well as banking and finance.

She mainly represents individual, corporate and financial institution clients in real estate transactions for various types of properties encompassing residential and commercial properties, such as sale and purchase, tenancy, perfection of transfer and loan financing.

Apart from real estate and banking, she also actively involved in the drafting and vetting of commercial agreements including but not limited to shareholders agreement, share sales agreement, management agreement etc.
