Vieana has been involved in various Housing Developer sale and purchase transactions for both individual and strata title properties as well as residential and commercial properties. Carmen is an Associate based in our Kuala Lumpur office, specialising in corporate and commercial trade, capital markets, and regulatory compliance.
Carmen joined the firm after completing her pupillage under the tutelage of Dato’ Quek Ngee Meng, where she gained valuable hands-on experience across multiple legal areas, particularly in the realm of corporate and commercial. This practical exposure has equipped her with a diverse skill set and a well-rounded understanding of the legal landscape, which she applies to effectively address complex legal challenges.
Carmen regularly drafts and assists in finalising a variety of corporate agreements and commercial documents, tailored to meet the needs of each client. She is experienced in conducting legal due diligence, compliance reviews, and corporate governance, and is adept at navigating intricate legal frameworks. Focused on delivering strategic and insightful legal advice, Carmen helps clients achieve their business objectives while managing legal risks.
