Li Fei's area of practice encompasses real estate and land as well as dispute resolution. Despite her fresh admission to the bar, she has steadfastly committed herself to excellence in her areas of practice.

She is actively involved in drafting and advising clients on sale and purchase agreements and the ensuing transactions, charge and discharge of properties, refinancing, tenancy and leases. She provides her assistance in the organization of our public seminar on "New Strata Laws" in 2016.

In the banking and finance practice, she advises financial institutions on compliance and drawdown of financing facilities.

Huixin’s practice encompasses real estate and land matters. She is regularly sought by individuals and developers to advise and represent them in concluding sale and perfection of transfer documentations. She has advised a Chinese property developer in its overseas development project in Malaysia.

She advises Malaysian citizens and non-citizens and had assisted them in their acquisition and disposal of properties in Malaysia, including drafting and vetting of sale agreements.

Nicole has experience in corporate and commercial areas where she has represented a broad range of corporate and transactional matters for both local and foreign companies, including due diligence exercise in initial public offering.

She advises issuers of Islamic bonds and their subsidiaries in their due diligence exercise prior to the issuance of bonds. Her range of practice includes preparing submission of applications to the regulatory bodies.
